Four steps, most of them done remotely. Below is exactly what happens at each one, and plain answers to the questions clients ask before they book.
Consultation
A free 15-minute call, held over video, to talk through the occasion, the fit and the feeling you want. No obligation.
Design and fabric
We agree the design and source the fabric. You see swatches and previews digitally before anything is cut.
Tailoring and fitting
Your dress is made to your measurements, with fittings by video or in person if you're near Osogbo.

Delivery
Coordinated to your door, in Nigeria or abroad.
Do I need to come in person?+
No. The whole process, from your first consultation to reviewing your fit, can be done remotely. Your consultation happens over WhatsApp or Zoom, and measurements are guided virtually, or in person if you're near our Osogbo studio. Clients across Nigeria and abroad go through exactly the same process.
Do I need to know my measurements before I book?+
No, but it helps if you do. Use Measure Once beforehand if you'd like a head start, or we'll walk through it together on the call.
How long does it take?+
Three weeks, standard, from consultation to delivery. A heavily embellished design, a very busy season or a longer international shipping route can extend that. The full timeline breakdown covers what to expect in more detail.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. Locally, we use riders and interstate transport. Internationally, we use established couriers such as GIG and DHL. Whichever suits you is confirmed on the call.
How much does a dress cost?+
Pricing depends on your design, fabric and detail, and is confirmed on your consultation call, with no obligation either way. There's no published starting price, because the range is wide enough that a single number wouldn't tell you much.
What if I don't like the final piece?+
Every dress is built around the design you approved, so this is rare. If anything needs adjusting within 5 days of delivery, the alteration is handled at no extra cost. International clients get a guided alteration process with a trusted local tailor, covered as part of the order.
What happens after the call?+
You decide whether to move forward, with no pressure. Once confirmed, we begin sourcing fabric, tailoring and coordinating delivery.
