Who we are

Mizright is a bespoke dressmaking studio in Osogbo, Nigeria, run by Popoola Mutiat. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us on this website. For any privacy request, message us on WhatsApp at +234 813 748 6398.

What we collect, and where it goes

We only collect what you give us through the forms on this site, plus basic information about how the site is used.

Why we are allowed to use it

We rely on your consent. Every form on this site asks you to agree before anything is sent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by messaging us, and we will stop contacting you.

Who else handles it

Google provides the spreadsheet we store enquiries in, and the analytics service we use to understand how this site is used.

Google also provides the Drive folder Measure Once saves your measurement-card PDF to. Popoola Mutiat is the only person with access to that folder. She opens it, downloads your PDF, and sends it to you on WhatsApp by hand — this step is not an automated WhatsApp Business Platform message.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and any other information you share with us, including Measure Once’s measurement-card PDFs, until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to us using it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will act on your request.

Storage outside Nigeria

Google, which provides our enquiry spreadsheet and analytics service, may store information outside Nigeria as part of its global infrastructure. We are confirming the exact wording for this section with a Nigerian lawyer to meet NDPA transfer requirements, and will update this page once that is settled.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it’s used, such as which pages lead to a booking or a WhatsApp message. Its script is loaded from Google’s servers, which means your IP address is shared with Google when a page loads. You can control or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Children

This site and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Turnaround

A standard dress takes three weeks from consultation to delivery. Heavy embellishment, a busy season or a longer international shipping route can extend this. We will give you a realistic date on your consultation call.

Pricing

Every dress is priced to its design, fabric and detail, and confirmed on your consultation call. We do not publish a starting price because the range is too wide for one number to be useful.

Alterations

If your dress needs adjusting within 5 days of delivery, the alteration is made at no extra cost. International clients are guided through the alteration with a trusted local tailor, covered as part of the order.

Delivery

Within Nigeria, we deliver by rider or interstate transport. Internationally, we use established couriers such as GIG and DHL. Your choice is confirmed on the call.

Designs

Every dress is made to your measurements and shaped around you. We sometimes make a design again, with variations, for another client, so a design is not guaranteed to be one of a kind.
